Clesta Ghlee Thomas, 71 HARTFORD CITY – Clesta G. Thomas, 71, passed away at 12:32 a.m. Sunday, April 22, 2018 at her residence. She was born in Hartford City on July 26, 1946 to Lester Oliver and Lillian M. (Thrasher) Baker. Both parents preceded her in death.

Clesta graduated from Hartford City High School in 1964. She loved to shop and buy jewelry. She married Donald “Donnie” Ray Thomas on November 13, 1990 in Hartford City, they were married by Rev.

She will be sadly missed by her husband, Donald “Donnie” Ray Thomas of Hartford City; sons, James C. Mullins Jr. of St. John’s, FL and Jeffrey C. Mullins (fiancé, Carole L. Salerno) of Pleasanton, CA; step-sons, Donnie J. (wife, Lindsey) Thomas of Hartford City and Aaron (wife, Connie) Thomas of IN; grandchildren, Gabrielle Mullins and Kirsten Little; step-grandchildren, Ashland Thomas, Cody Thomas, Anthony Thomas and Jonathon Thomas; sisters, Mary Taylor of Muncie and Frances Landis of Hartford City; several nieces and nephews. She is also preceded in death by her grandchildren, Garrett and Cody Mullins, brothers, Robert Baker, Byron Baker, Leon Baker, sisters, Margaret Blackburn, Delores Heston, Virginia Baker, Leota Baker, Norma Massey, Evangeline “Sue” Rodrick and her twin Lesta Turner. Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Monday, April 30, 2018 at Hartford city Wesleyan Church, 1301 S. Walnut St. Hartford City, IN.

Burial will be at Gardens of Memory, Muncie. Visitation will be from 3 to 5 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, April 29, 2018 at Keplinger Funeral Home, 509 N. High St. Hartford City and from 9 to 11 a.m. Monday, April 30, 2018 at the church. Memorials may be made to Blackford County Community Foundation-Cancer Services, P.O.
