Obituary for Eldeen Ann Watson Eldeen Ann (Mankin) Watson, 73, of Coffeyville, KS, passed away on Sunday, April 29, 2018 in Kansas. A gathering of family and friends will be from 5-7 p.m. Sunday, at All Faiths Funeral Home. A private family graveside service will be Monday at Greenwood Cemetery at Trumbull, NE.
Eldeen was born August 24, 1944 in Hastings to Dean and Elberta (Turner) Mankin. She grew up in Trumbull and graduated from Hastings College of Nursing. On November 24, 1972 she married Joe Watson.
Eldeen has lived in Texas, Nebraska and Kansas and was employed in several hospitals as Director of Nursing. She was a member of the Grand Island Evangelical Free Church, Celebrate Recovery and MS Support Group. Those left to cherish her memory include her children, Joleen (Jason) Swindell and Paul (Robyn) Watson; sister, Roberta (Robert) Cool; brother, Gordon (Pat) Mankin; and four grandchildren, Shaun (Makayla) Swindell, Jace Swindell, Jayton Watson and Jayce Watson.
