JANESVILLE— Evelyn M. Morgan, 89, of Janesville, passed away on Monday, April 9, 2018. She was born in East Liverpool, Ohio on March 3, 1929; the daughter of Bryan and Leola (Nelson) Cameron. Evelyn married her beloved husband, John F. Morgan on November 19, 1947 in Rochester, PA and together they moved to Janesville in 1969.

Evelyn was a faithful member of 1st Presbyterian Church in Janesville, and she devoted her time as a volunteer with the Mercy Hospital Auxillary, Lifeline, and Hospice Programs. She will always be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, and friend. She is survived by her children, Phyllis (Ken) Wyman of Angola, NY, Lawrence (Karen) Morgan of Janesville, Michael (Loretta) Morgan of La Mirada, CA, Jay (Kristi) Morgan of Verona, WI; grandchildren, Benjamin Wyman of Pittsburgh, PA, Devon (Steve) Zglinicki of Lake View, NY, Marsha Marlowe of Beloit, Shannon Morgan of Janesville, Lance (Mindy) Morgan of Rockford, IL, Taylor and Kaley Morgan of Verona, WI; great granddaughters, Ashley Morgan, Alyssa Morgan, and Riley Zglinicki; sister in-law, Alice Johnston; and many nieces and nephews.

Evelyn was preceded in death by her beloved husband John, her parents, her daughter Jan, and her sister, Elinore. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, April 23, 2018 at the SCHNEIDER FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, with visitation from 9:30 AM until time of service. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be given to Mercy Health Hospice Care.
