Georgia “Ann” Geisz, age 86, of Evansville, IN, passed away Sunday, June 24, 2018 at Evansville Protestant Home. Ann was born February 7, 1932, in Evansville, IN, to the late John W. and Georgia (McKasson) Geisz. Ann attended Baker Grade School and Central High School, and she graduated from the Deaconess Hospital School of Nursing and the University of Evansville.

She worked at Deaconess Hospital for 38 years. She also was employed for two years in a Physician’s office in Los Angeles, CA. Ann was a life long member of St. Lucas United Church of Christ.

Ann is survived by her sister, Janet Moneyham of Marianna, FL; nephew, John Moneyham (Julie) of Panama City, FL; niece, Janet Booth of Carmel, IN; great niece, Melanie Booth; great nephews, Jared Moneyham, Eric Moneyham, and Joseph Booth; many cousins, and many wonderful friends. She is preceded in death by her parents and brother-in-law, Waymon Moneyham. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 27, 2018 at Boone Funeral Home East Chapel – A Family Tradition Funeral Home, 5330 Washington Avenue with Reverend Lynn Martin officiating.

Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery. Friends may visit from 11:00 a.m. until service time, Wednesday, June 27, 2018 at BOONE FUNERAL HOME EAST CHAPEL. Memorial Contributions may be made to: St. Lucas United Church of Christ at 33 W Virginia Street, Evansville, IN 47710 or your favorite charity.
