Judy Carol Carter Roberson, 67, of Danville, Va. , passed away on Tuesday, July 10, 2018, at her residence. She was born March 22, 1951 in Danville to the late Lillian Beggerly Carter and the late Lloyd Frank Carter.

Mrs. Roberson is survived by her loving husband, Rev. L. Allen Roberson, Sr She was a loving wife, mother, Mimi, and wonderful homemaker, faithfully serving and assisting her husband in Pastoral Ministry for 30 years in the Church of God.

In addition to her husband, Mrs. Roberson is survived by her daughter, Leslie Roberson and her son, Robbie Roberson, both of Danville; her grandchildren, Madisyn and Zoie Dodd; as well as her special caregiver and friend, Tina Campbell.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Roberson was predeceased by her brothers, Frank Carter and Barry L. Carter. A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 14, 2018, at Danville Memorial Gardens with Rev. Michael Collins and Rev.

Jackie Poe officiating. The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, July 13, 2018 at Norris West End Chapel, and at other times at the residence.
