Obituary for Mable Edith Salyer MANASSAS, VIRGINIA – Mable Edith Salyer, 99, died Saturday, January 5, 2019 at her home. She was born in St. Paul, Virginia; daughter of the late Henry and Sarah Bradley Hale. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Salyer and son, Billy Salyer.

She is survived by her daughter, Trula Breeden of Manassas, Virginia; one granddaughter, Tina Reed Furguson of Manassas, Virginia; one grandson, James Martin Salyer of Elizabethton, Tennessee; one great granddaughter, Melissa Baggett of Bealeton, Virginia; one great grandson, William Ferguson of Manassas, Virginia; two great-great grandsons, Luke and Graham Baggett of Bealeton, Virginia; several nieces. Graveside Services and Interment for Mable Edith Salyer will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Monday, January 7, 2019 in Temple Hill Memorial Park, Castlewood, Virginia with Pastor Peggy Porter officiating. Family and friends will meet at the funeral home and go in procession to the cemetery leaving at 2:00 p.m. Monday.

Pallbearers will be William Ferguson Jr., William J. Ferguson, Jon Baggett, James Salyer, Luke Baggett and Graham Baggett. The family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Monday, January 7, 2019 in Castlewood Funeral Home, Castlewood, Virginia.
