Obituary for Margie Ilene Ratliff (Bond) Mrs. Margie Ilene Bond Ratliff, age 64, of Mavisdale, Virginia, passed away Saturday (April 7, 2018) in a Bristol, Tennessee hospital. Born December 20, 1953 in Buchanan County, Virginia, she was a daughter of Burton Richard Stiltner of Mavisdale and the late Elsie Mae Bond Stiltner. A lifelong resident of the area, she was a member of Rowe Pentecostal Church.

Her greatest enjoyment was being a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death one sister, Juanita Ratliff. Survivors include her husband, Billy Ratliff of the home; four children, Billy Ray Ratliff and wife, Melissa and Steven Douglas Ratliff and wife, Priscilla all of Asheboro, North Carolina, Christopher Shawn Ratliff and wife, Pennie and Brentney Annabell Ratliff all of Mavisdale; four grandchildren, Alanna Brooke Ratliff, Samantha Dawn Sparks, Ariel Faith Ratliff, and Bethany Nicole Ratliff; one great-granddaughter, Emerie Mae Sparks; two sisters, Belle Ann Stiltner and Patricia Ann Matney; special aunt, Ruby Bond; Special K-9 daughter, Little Bit; several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 PM Wednesday at the Rowe Pentecostal Church in Rowe, Virginia with Rev. Brad Cook officiating. Interment will follow in Clinch Valley Memorial Cemetery at Richlands, Virginia.

Pallbearers will be Russell Ratliff, Jeffrey Ratliff, Milton Ratliff, Will Ratliff, Richard Stiltner, and Jason Smith. Honorary pallbearers will be Bob Peters, Michael Justice, Hurshel Street, and Rocky Bond. The family will receive friends after 6:00 PM Tuesday at the Rowe Pentecostal Church, 3723 Garden Creek Road, Rowe, Virginia, where an evening service will be conducted at 7:00 PM with Rev.
