Thomas A. Cichy. age 61, of Round Lake Beach, passed away on Friday, September 21, 2018, at JourneyCare of Barrington. He was born on August 21, 1957 in Elgin to Ronald and Helen (Faye) Cichy and worked as a precision machinist for Hommer Tool in Arlington Heights.

Left behind to cherish his memory are his children, Ashley Cichy, Heather Cichy, and Derek Cichy; and his three grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents.
