Obituary for Alicia Gunter Walker Alicia Dianne Gunter Walker, 71, of Cascade, Virginia, passed away Sunday, April 22,2018, at her home. She was born January 1, 1947, to the late David and Christine Donavant Gunter, in Martinsville, Virginia. She was a member of Welcome Baptist Church and enjoyed gardening and the outdoors.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother Rodney Gunter. Mrs. Walker is survived by her husband, Daniel Eugene Walker; daughter, Laurie Walker; son Daniel Walker II and wife Stephanie; brother, David “Pete” Gunter; grandchildren, Joshua Hallman, Jacob Powell, Michael Walker, and Jon Mustain. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
