Caroline M. Rinaldi April 02, 1926 – February 06, 2019 Share this obituary View/Sign Guest Book Wolcott, CT Caroline M. (Migliaro) Rinaldi “Loving mother, grandmother and sister” Caroline M. (Migliaro) Rinaldi, age 92, of Wolcott, passed away peacefully on February 6, 2019 at Apple Rehabilitation in Watertown. She was the beloved widow of Louis R. Rinaldi. Caroline was born April 2, 1926 in Waterbury, a daughter of the late Louis E. and Mary J. (Beson) Migliaro.

Prior to retirement, Caroline was employed as a quality control inspector at Air-Pax in Cheshire. She was a den mother in the Cub Scouts for many years and was a great cook. A woman of strong faith, Caroline was an active member of Saint Lucy Church in Waterbury for over 60 years and was also a member of the Holy Rosary Society and a choir member for over 27 years.

Caroline found her greatest joy spending time with her family and close friends. She will be dearly missed by all who were blessed to have known her. She leaves her sons, Richard V. Rinaldi and his wife, Patricia of Waterbury, Louis A. Rinaldi and his wife, Cheryl of Waterbury, two brothers, Francis Migliaro of SC, Edward Migliaro of Wolcott, a sister, Jean Marie Petro of Waterbury, two grandchildren, Sandra Imbimbo and her husband, Robert, Richard T. Rinaldi and his wife, Nancy, her great grandchildren, Krista Maturo and her husband, Michael, Alexis Rinaldi and her sister-in-law, Dolores Fusco of Prospect.

She was predeceased by her brothers, Anthony, Louis Jr. and Richard Migliaro. Caroline’s family would like to thank her caretaker, Jamie Capoccetti and the staffs of St. Mary’s Hospital, Apple Rehabilitation in Watertown and VITAS Hospice for the wonderful care given to Caroline. Arrangements: Funeral Monday, February 11, 2019 at 8:30 a.m. from Chase Parkway Memorial/The Albini Funeral Home, 430 Chase Parkway, Waterbury to Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church for a Mass at 9:30 a.m. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery, Waterbury.

Calling hours will be Sunday from 2 to 4 p.m. at the funeral home.
