Obituary for Dallas Jennings Hubbard CASTLEWOOD, VIRGINIA – Dallas Jennings Hubbard, 88, died Friday, January 11, 2019 at Russell County Medical Center, Lebanon, Virginia. He was born in Lebanon, Virginia. ; son of the late Clarence and Agnes Cross Hubbard.
He was retired from St. Paul Builders and Supply over 60 years. He was vice president of Russell County Fair Association, member of Fort Gibson United Methodist Church, member of Castlewood Lions Club and a Boy Scout leader. He is survived by his wife, Joanne Hubbard; one daughter, Kathy Keith of Castlewood, Virginia; two granddaughters, Miranda Salyer of Castlewood, Virginia and Whitney Keith and fianceé, Brad Ward of St. Paul, Virginia; five great grandchildren, Taylor Salyer, Ethan Salyer, Riley Keith, River Ward and Gracie Carico.
Funeral Services for Dallas Jennings Hubbard will be conducted at 7:00 p.m., Monday, January 14, 2019 in Castlewood Funeral Home Chapel, Castlewood, Virginia, with Rev. Harry Layell officiating. Committal Services and Internment will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, January 15, 2019 in Temple Hill Memorial Park, Castlewood, Virginia.
Family and Friends will meet at the funeral home and go in procession to the cemetery leaving at 10:30 a.m., Tuesday. Pallbearers will be Ronnie McReynolds, Ted DePreist, James “Chub” Crowder, Dave Leonard, Calvin Grizzle and Mike Altizer . Honorary Pallbearers will be members from Fort Gibson Church, Bill Carico, George Jacobs and Brad Ward.
