Elizabeth Lea “Libby” Kitzmiller, 66, of Oakland, MD, passed away on, Thursday, November 1, 2018, at her home. Born March 2, 1952, in Meyersdale, PA, she was the daughter of the late Roy Dale and Gertrude J. (Rexrode) Dean. She was also preceded in death by her first husband, James P. Savage; two brothers, John Dean and Roy Dale Dean, Jr. and a grandson, Nicholas Moon.

Libby was a homemaker, who loved spending time with her family. In her spare time, she enjoyed writing poetry and reading. She is survived by her husband, Randolph S. Kitzmiller; two sons, Bradley S. Savage and wife, Lorretta, Oakland; Randolph E. Kitzmiller and wife, Danielle, Stafford, VA; two daughters, Jennifer P. Moon and husband, C. Manuel, Oakland; Heather M. Savage, Frederick, MD; a brother, Charles A. Dean, Oakland; two sisters, Carolyn S. Dean, Oakland; Beverly A. Witt, Murrells Inlet, S.C.; eight grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
