Janice’s Obituary Janice Mae Hagen (Anderson), 78, Minot, formerly of Tagus, ND passed away Wednesday, January 23, 2019 at Trinity Homes in Minot. Janice Mae Anderson was born on February 27th 1940 in Tagus, the daughter of Henry and Myrtle ( Lein) Anderson. She was raised in Tagus, ND.

After graduating from high school she moved into Minot. Janice married LeRoy Hagen on November 15, 1959 in Tagus, ND. Together they had six children They made their home in Minot and shared 32 years of marriage before LeRoy passed away on December 21, 1991.

Janice worked at M and H for 20 years, where she enjoyed interacting and building relationships with her customers. She made several friendships that continued on throughout her retirement. After her retirement, she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and going out to lunch with her cousins.

Janice was a long time member of First Lutheran Church, Minot, ND. Her loving family includes children, Marlene (Bobby) Watson, Odessa, TX, Marvel Hagen, Minot, ND, son, Douglas Hagen, Chicago, Ill; Valerie Reibhoff, Fargo, ND and Jennifer (Mitch) Ramsey, Minot, ND; Kris Smette, Bottineau, ND, grandchildren: Erin, Christina, Sarah, Jimmy, Amber, Katelin, Hawkin, Krystal, Ashley, Jaden and Jacob along with 9 great- grandchildren; brother-in-law, Keith Hagen, Minot, and caregivers, Will and Cheryl Matejovic. She was preceded in death by her husband, LeRoy Hagen, parents, Henry and Myrtle Anderson, daughter, Kimberly Smette, grandson, Gerald Smette.

Brothers, Kenneth (Marlene) Anderson, Arlie (Lorraine) Anderson and Marvin Anderson. Funeral: Friday, February 1, 2019 at 11 a.m. at First Lutheran Church, Minot, ND. Burial: Rosehill Memorial Park, Minot, ND.
