Obituary of Melinda Marie Levinson Melinda Marie Levinson, 42, of Bay City, our beautiful, happy, and joyous daughter, sister, niece, aunt, cousin, and beloved friend was born into eternal life on the afternoon of Monday, April 9, 2018. Mindy was born in Bay City on April 11, 1975. She attended Bay-Arenac ISD and North Bay Adult Activity Center.

She enjoyed bowling, watching dirt bikes on the racetrack, swimming, roller skating, being a pre-school volunteer, parties, and trips with North Bay to pet the bunnies. Those who knew Mindy will always remember her for her mischievous, playful, and independent ways. She had a laugh that would light up the entire room, and a generous spirit that will live on for years to come in the hearts of all those whose lives she touched.

Mindy leaves to cherish her memory, her mother, Brenda Peterson; sister, Tracey (Brian) Herek; additional families, Jack & Betsy Osborn, Diane Wark Jacobs, Darin Jacobs, and Trina (Bernie) Brunett; siblings, Maribeth Osborn, Josona (Adam) Linzner, Joshua (Kimmie) Osborn, Jerad, Shawn, and Breanna Jacobs, and Brandon Gates; nieces and nephews, Lauren and Branden Herek, Madeline Gordon, Sully and Charlie Linzner, Dan, Ryan, Lizzie, Leland, and Alanna Osborn; grandmother, Margaret Wark, along with a host of many extended family members as Mindy united many lives through hers. Mindy was welcomed home to heaven by her step-father, James Peterson; grandparents, Raymond and Lorraine Maleski, Jack and Monalee Osborn, Peter and Josephine Schilling; niece, Evie Linzner, and cousin, Matthew Schilling. Mindy’s family will be present to receive visitors on Wednesday, April 18, 2018 from 2:00 PM until 8:00 PM and again on Thursday, April 19, 2018 from 9:00 AM until Mindy’s 10:00 AM Life Celebration at Skorupski Family Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 955 N. Pine Rd.

, Hampton Twp. Memorial contributions in memory of Mindy may be directed to North Bay Adult Activity Center. The entire family wishes to extend a heartfelt thanks to McLaren Hospice, McLaren’s Pulmonary & Respiratory Departments, Pastor Jane Gehler, Dr. Ruth Licht, and Dr. Musbah for their compassionate care.
