Thomas “Tom” Warren Haley February 22, 1950 – March 25, 2019 Share this obituary Sign Guestbook| Memorial Donation Thomas “Tom” Warren Haley, age 69, of Lewisville, Texas, passed away from complications of Huntington’s Disease, in Charlottesville, Virginia. Tom passed away on Monday, March 25, 2019 with his beloved wife by his side. He was born in Watertown, New York to the late Gerald Butler and Ellen Maria Warren Haley.

Tom’s brother, Mike Haley also preceded him in death. Tom retired as a finance officer for Xerox Credit Union. He enjoyed reading the New York Times.

Along with his wife, Corlis Hampton Haley; Tom is survived by his sisters, Mary Ellen Haley and Anne Cato; his brothers, Eddie Barrett, Jerry Barrett and George Haley; and numerous nieces and nephews. Services will be private. The family would be honored if donations are made in Tom’s name to The Huntington’s Disease Society of America at www.
