Obituary of Jolene Freitas Jolene Marie Freitas, age 71, of Corning, passed away on Sunday, November 25, 2018 at home. She was born on August 4, 1947 in Sayre, the daughter of the late John and Aldis “Sis” Rimbey. Jolene was a loving mother, grandmother, and sister.

She was employed by Corning Hospital for 42 years as an OR Technician, and she enjoyed reading, gambling, and taking cruises. She is survived by her daughter, Jodi (Brandon) Michael of Maryland, grandchildren, Madison and Braeden Michael, companion, Steve Hoodak Jr of Corning, siblings, Mark Rimbey of Corning, Mary Ann (Joe) Bernardini of Corning, Alan Rimbey of Corning, Dawn Foster of Geneva, Becky (Tom) Deutsch of Florida, and Joe Rimbey of Corning, and nieces and nephews. It was Jolene’s wish that there be no services.
