Marcia Kay Gregor, age 55, of Hamel, IL, passed away on Saturday, June 23, 2018 at her home. Marica was born on October 4, 1962 in Chicago, IL, a daughter of the late Harry Seeger and Dorothy (Quade) Seeger. Marcia served her country proudly in the United States Air Force.

On June 9, 1984, Marcia married Richard Gregor, the love of her life, in Edwardsville, IL. Marcia loved her job working for the Edwardsville School District as a monitor. She enjoyed riding her scooter, swimming and traveling with her family.

Her greatest joy was spending time with her family, especially with her grandchildren, whom she adored. Marcia loved life, she loved to laugh, but most of all she loved her family. She will be remembered for the love and special times shared with family and friends.

She is survived by her devoted husband, Richard Gregor of Hamel, IL; loving children, Jennifer (Artez) Hardin of Troy, IL, Kelly (Matt) Grove of St. Jacob, IL and Adam Gregor of Hamel, IL; proud grandmother to Jada Hardin and Ava Hardin; four sisters and four brothers; nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends. Marcia requested family and friends to wear casual attire to the visitation and funeral service. Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 28, 2018 at Irwin Chapel, 591 Glen Crossing Road, Glen Carbon, IL.

In celebration of her life, funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, June 29, 2018 at Irwin Chapel, with Rev. Jack Dawson officiating. Interment will be in Sunset Hill Memorial Estates, Glen Carbon, IL, with military rites conducted by the United States Air Force.

Memorial donations may be given to American Brain Tumor Association or American Cancer Society. Donations will be accepted at the funeral chapel. Condolences may be expressed to the family online at www.
